Born in California and raised in Sierra Vista, I have grown to appreciate the unique landscape that Southern Arizona offers. As an active member of the community, I saw all that Sierra Vista offers from the beautiful hiking trails in Ramsey Canyon to the friends made in local service organizations. As someone who travels frequently, I know it’s always nice to have a home base in a quiet town like Sierra Vista.
When I’m not traveling the world, I enjoy reading and spending time with my dog. My family would go camping every year, which has made me fond of hiking, swimming, and kayaking. I love skiing and snowboarding in the northern part of our great state, which surprises most people who don’t know that it does indeed snow in Arizona.
I always find myself looking for creative outlets or the next art project I should work on. Although I naturally am an ambitious person, it’s nice to slow down and get lost in some crafts or a good book! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I’m also looking for the next great meal in the area, and have made quite the list of places to try in Southern Arizona.
